1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 786bit platform — including its website at 786bit.club, any associated mobile interface, or any game or betting service offered through the platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification (KYC)

3. Account Registration

Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one active 786bit account. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

786bit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), Visa, and Mastercard. All amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Deposit Processing

8. Account Suspension & Closure

786bit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms & Conditions or if continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or any third party.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 786bit will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormant account fee. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover maintenance costs, subject to applicable law. The account holder may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing a valid transaction.

Player-Initiated Closure

Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements.
